Caribbean Restaurant weekend! This weekend, (Friday February 3 – Thursday February 9) we are sampling the flavors of the sun kissed islands of the Caribbean! I’ve always been fascinated by the use of fruit and unique spices in the Caribbean culture. They have a healthy lifestyle from being surrounded by year round growth of fruit, vegetables and spices.

7 O’clock Chicken is 4 very talented musicians from the Akron Ohio area including: Marcus Sterle on the the Sax, Dave Sterle on the bass, Adam Mercer on the drums, and Freddy DiMarco on the lead guitar.
