I’ve always been fascinated by the use of fruit and unique spices in the Caribbean culture. They have a healthy lifestyle from being surrounded by year round growth of fruit, vegetables and spices.

7 O’clock Chicken is 4 very talented musicians from the Akron Ohio area including: Marcus Sterle on the the Sax, Dave Sterle on the bass, Adam Mercer on the drums, and Freddy DiMarco on the lead guitar.
