akronIn February 2005, the City of Akron issued a request for proposals for a vendor to operate the restaurant at J.E. Good Park. The  operator would provide all the food service operations at the golf course. After close review, Edgar’s proposal was accepted as it offered the greatest benefit to the City of Akron and J.E. Good Park Golf Course.  Edgar’s Restaurant is led by a partnership team of David Jursik, Debbie Robinson, and  Exective Chef, Glenn Gillespie.

Today Edgar’s Restaurant Akron, Ohio serves the concessions for Good Park Golf Course in the clubhouse and above in the beautifully designed full-service restaurant which has beome one of Akron Ohio’s fine dining destinations.
